Joan, it is people like you that give people like me the will to keep on
trying..... Honest to God. I have quit smoking SO many times, and always
seem to float back to it no matter HOW long I am off the things... I see a
message like this with willpower and love filling to the BRIM, and I know
that "all things are possible if you believe". Thank you for this. I have
so many things to blame my inability to stay off cigarettes--- but then I
read mail like yours and I know that the excuses are just
that--------excuses.... I hope that you are over your pneumonia and that you
are doing better!!!! You're a wonderful person and from what I've seen here
so far, you are also a wonderful person.. Hang in there and know that there
are people here who love and care about you.

Take Care Joan... You've given me some good things with your message and I'm
sure that you've done the same for countless others reading this echo.
