I see. So what happens with a handful of kids translates into the 
"masses". Your powers of logic are mind boggling.

Nope I do not find it strange that many people are so misinformed that 
they make that mistake. And, BTW, their kids are not "drugged down for 
administrative convenience." That is some of the mis-information and 
lies that have caused the problem in the first place.
