This is a pretty old message... I hope that things have been REALLY good for
you and that you have succeeded so far! Please don't feel though that if you
don't make it this time that you never will----- THAT is NOT true!!!!! It
DOES make sense to me, (your feelings about it), but at the same time, it is
the feeling of defeat speaking... It happens to ALL of us Eileen, but it
doesn't mean that you're not going to make it next time... If you quit
trying, then you'll NEVER succeed! Please remember that each time you try
that it is a step closer to your goal... I hope that you are still smoke-free
and that all is well with you... Please let me know and I'll try not to stay
