It looks like he addicted to it.  It like drugs.  You can't stop using drugs. 
 You want it badly.  Understand?  Anyways, My friend does the same thing too. 
 He rents, wants to spend all his money on games. I don't do that too.  I 
don't want to rent games all the time, I do only buy the games that are right 
for me and if I have Homework, I do it before I play video games.  I play 
less now since the game aren't so fun now cause I know most of the games.
