There are almost certainly unconstitional laws on the books. Unless a
law is challenged in federal courts, there can be no ruling on the
constitionality of that particular law. The Supreme Court *has* struck
down many unconstituional laws in the past. they will probably also do
that in the future.

I understand that. I did not take your comment about my becoming a
jailor seriously. But, tell me, Charles, do you think I would be
