 DH> I still think that these Star Trek/Marvel Universe crossovers
    ... and the punishment went on to the Barney levels ...
 DH> & money achieving that, I wasn't NOT going to buy it...
 DB> I just don't think that The X-Men really fitted in with the TREK
 DB> Universe. Perhaps a character like Thor or Dr. Strange would be more
 DB> practicle, but even that would be a bit akward! I don't
 DB> recall Marvel having any 23rd Century, or 24th Century
 DB> Heroes, but if I was to do a Trek/Marvel Character x-over,
 DB> I would use descendants or successors of that time era.
Marvel's only heroes that could have possibly show up ~logically~ in
a Star Trek crossover are Dr. Strange (as the Ancient One), Thanos,
Thor (being a deity), the Silver Surfer, Cable, and Vance Astrovik.
(At least, those heroes which existed in the 1980-2000 period.)
 DB> I think Silver Surfer/Star Trek would make for an interesting story!
Throw in a few of the Siver Surfer's old enemies, Trelane, and possibly
the Q Continuum, and you have a deal. {grins}
... Facing an inferior opponent? gloat. when they're superior? CHEAT.
