My Language is Arabic So we need to arabize the controls ...
In past using Delphi 1.0 we used Send message to Do that but Under
Windows95 We could not do that but I heard Some Say That you can Do that
in Creation of the object  and you have to use CreatParam to Set some
constant ....
So Can Any one Discribe The Phases of Object Creation in low Level ....
