Ok I moderate an echo and need to Post the rules and send in an update
regularly, so the message needs to be generated.

From Netmgr.Cfg:

From Rules.Cmd:
netmgr post -xAdept -a$h:\echo\adept -fe:\textfiles\adept.rul -e copy

Squishp in out squash link -fechotoss.log
erase echo.log

cd\adept\mailer\password
copy h:\mail\outbound\*
erase /n h:\mail\outbound\*
cd\adept
GateKpr.Exe GateKpr.Ctl A LP
exit

At this point is gone out to the world, you could post the whole works to
some echo that goes no where.
