Hi Carl,
How are things going down in your neck of the woods? I had another
dive cancelled today due to snow. Oh well.
Forgive me if this message is a repeat but I can't find a record
that the last version of this has been sent. I ran across some other
references that you may find helpful in your quest for a w/dsv. The
magazine "Popular Mechanics" and "Popular Science" have run articles in
the past on the topic which have included resource listings of
commercialy available componants and vehicles. I'm not sure which
issues apply so you may have to check with a subject index of back
issues.
Another place to check out might be the Woods Hole Oceanographic
Institute. I know that they purchase some of their underwater vehicles
from commercial sources. They might have some options that might not be
readily available elsewhere. Some of the other oceanographic programs
might have similar contacts but I know little about them.
     Anyway be wet and well.
Dennis
