Can't help with the cage I'm afraid (I live in the UK) but wanted to
congratulate you on a great choice of bird!  We have two red lories and
they are fantastic characters.

Only thing I'd say about cages is to get the largest one you can afford -
your lory will appreciate it.  I'm not an expert on these birds by any
means, but if you have any questions about them feel free to ask and I'll
do my best to help.
