In XP? Unfortunately nearly all, for new computer purchases.

I don't have the whole say.  Dell has driven other players out of the
desktop market to almost the same degree that Microsoft has in the opsys
market.  At a certain point, you couldn't get Win2k (except on servers and
the hard-to-find and limited "opsys-free" models).  It was just
too much trouble. Workstations
*may* be worth the trouble, but some workstation programs are starting not to
support 2000.  Sad, sad.

There is a certain appreciation of the increased value of the 2k machines,
though.  Most of them still do the job nicely.  And I see no rush to
upgrade Office.  Rather, I see lots of playing with Open and WordPerfect.
