I had to change the scope of the echo from Alaska to the North some time
ago because there were very few Alaskans left. But since Alaska has the
same problem as Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and northern Europe, what
causes it?
I think it has a fair bit to do with the length of winter and the darkness
but I do wonder if others have different ideas.
