I'm beginning to suspect it does. I did a google search and found others
having similar reactivation problems as myself and Bob Comer  when running
Vista in a virtual machine that isn't set for a fixed MAC address.  I'm not
sure if there is some sort of internal count on the change of the MAC
address and it's triggered after x number of changes though.  That's still
an asinine way to trigger activation
