MH> 12? Man, how can you stand the noise? I love birds, but they do get
MH> noisy! I have a couple parakeets, a male pearl cockatiel, and my
MH> favorite - a Quaker Parakeet.
MH> The Quaker is Taaz. He talks, and lives on my shoulder. Man is he
MH> noisy. I got him from a lady who was tired of the noise. I thought,
MH> how noisy could a bird be? I found out real fast.
MH> I just built a playground for the 'tiel and Taaz. They fought each
MH> other at first, but now play together quite well. It is so fun to
MH> watch them chase each other around this jungle jim.
On simple thing - earmuffs. Nah just kidding. I really don't notice the
genral noise except for when Baby (the cockatoo) starts her screaming. That
gets the whole house a headache or when the 'teils start screacing their
larm
all at once then we get a headache but generaly is all OK.
