Correct, except the T-pieces and terminators are mandatory, not optional.

All you need, at a minimum, is a simple IPX driver for your network cards - 
most games work over IPX.
You can, of course, go more complicated, and use Win95 or WfWG to share 
files, or install packet drivers to run TCP/IP, etc etc. But to play games, 
all you need is a simple IPX driver.
