I get the above message when attemping to connect to Mick Lazic's system
(3:690/0, 3:690/400, 3:690/734) using Argus.  I'm told by a 3rd party that
this is an IREX issue and isn't what it sounds like (ie. nodelisted systems
only), but rather an internal list to IREX, possibly a licensing issue.

Anyone recognise this problem?
