Well,what i thought I would do is make a bunch of squares from their 
clothes,all the same size,7"x7"..or so.Then I would sew them all together 
when I had enough for a certain size.I figure I will buy the stuffing at a 
store and make the backing the same as the front...Would that constitute 
making a quilt?
