As I said, it really depends on what we were able to determine would be
available...which differs from keyboard to keyboard (or so it seems).
Send us a list of the keys that you can find the number for via Showkey
that don't have a name associated, and I'll pass 'em along and see if we
can add names to the table.
The best way to send us the information would be to get the output from
Showkey itself.
