Hi Brian,
Thanks for the comments.  I would be willing to bet that you have never seen 
a flea infestation the likes of here.  The Parrot are still in the RV and 
will NOT be brought in to this house.
I find I carry the fleas in to the RV in my sock (around the ankles) and have 
to remove the socks before going in to the RV.  I have sprayed the carpet in 
the RV with Perithens to help keep the fleas out.
Poor birdies! They never had such a trial.  I try to keep a close eye on them 
to make sure they are ok.
