        The "W" is usually not necessary and you can proceed without
delay.  Call Waiting is turned off only for the particular call.
        If you have rotary dial service, or if you modem doesn't
interpret "*" correctly, you can substitute "11"...that is, "1170"
has the same effect as "*70".
