Begorrah, you are on to something.  Family values (and by that I do't
mean just a mommy and a daddy) have been declining for years.  Many
kids today have absolutely no remorse for any trouble or pain that they
cause.  Thankfully, there are a great many of them who still do.

I agree.  I was just addressing poor areas in general, not in
specifics.

I may disagree with you with the definition of structure.  I don't
agree that it must be an opposite sex family.  The main thing is that
it is structured, strong and gives the correct values on intereacting
in society for the kids to live by.
