I've been running windows since the early days and I have yet to see a
timeshift work correctly on all the systems. What's the big deal, so a
clock is off by an hour till the next day when I get to the machine..

anyone who would pay $4k is a nutcase. For that kind of money, you could
hire someone to run around and change the clocks manually.. hell you could
hire an army of people to run around and change the clocks. I mean at
$100/hour you can afford 40 man hours.
