        I would, except the city restricts all fences to four feet, we have 
        many neaghbors with what I term 'loose dogs', they constantly 
        jump the fences & I've been attacked at my own back door.  Couple 
        other things, all 'perminate(sp) structures must be 'permited' 
        wither or not they have utilites & built by 'city approved 
        contractors.' 
 
        Finally, there's limestone in them there yards....
