uka_ppp/soup2pkt is the ideal setup for me.  But I have a technical hitch. 
My mail tosser doesn't handle 4D addressing.  And there is no chance it
will get upgraded.  I need a mail tosser to run between the 2 programs to
take the output of soup2pkt which is living at: 1:299/102.99 and convert it
all so that the *.pkt file looks and feels like it came from 1:299/99....
and vice versa.

I have tried everything but standing on my head... I did register the
software and the author has had some good ideas... but he is no longer
developing it, so new features are not going to go in... only bug fixes.  I
LIKE this software, it does everything I want it to do with much less setup
effort than any other soup converter.  And it provides a transparent
routing mechanism for getting internet e-mail sorted and correctly
addressed to my users....  So I am not really wanting to do anything
else...
