I agree with you totally, police officers abuse the cars they have why
give them someone elses to strip out the gears in? Every weekend at the
local Ford dealership there is atleast 3 Crown Vics siting at the garage
bay waiting repairs.

I agree that it is part of it.  Education, future hopes, job
possibilities, inability to leave, marital values, family values (other
than marriage) are also parts of it.  There is lot more I have left

I didn't defend anybody.  I simply stated that all the Founding
Fathers were not rich (or didn't you completely read your own
