TSE allows you to write .BIN files, that can be linked in to your
macros.

There currently is not a shareware version of TSE Jr. 4.0.  We hope to
have one available in the future.

Make sure that you have "Test for presence of Enhanced Keyboard" turned
on in QConfig (on the Advanced Options menu).  If this doesn't work, let
me know.
