I'm sorry if this is off topic, but I vaguely remember a message from a sysop 
in the Orlando area saying that he and the net he is in formed an Internet 
Coop of some sort so that the BBS's could add Internet access.  I thought I 
had saved the message, but I can't find it.
OR, if anyone else has done this, or is making it a small business coop
