Wrong Rodney FidoNet is not a "private" Network. Its a public network
available to ALL. There may be rules and agreements to these rules but its
douptful that they are "legally binding" However breaking these posted rules
almost always prevents one from access to a given echo if the moderator so
wishes it. NO conference "specifiacally excludes free speech" however, a
better way is state it is that some moderated echos try to focus "free
speech" to given subjects or topics. As long as this is observed by the
poster then free speech is assured and can not be taken away!
