Thanks for that info Jeff.  My present Azden oldie has started picking
up junk, either intermod OR receiver problem.  If I remove the antenna
I can't "squelch" the noise.  I don't think this is normal.
Otherwise, it will receive OK.  I just don't like hearing the
"honking" noises during silent periods, hi.
