  Because I owned more then 40% of all shares in the corporation.  I sure
don't understand it any better then you do.  My accountant doesn't
understand it, we just chalk it up to another way the government makes
money.

  Yes exactly!  The problem is what!?  I'm debating what to take at the
local community college.  I am interested in either getting into the
welding trade, or electrician.   (these are the two I've narrowed it down
to, but again I might change my mind by the time you get this)

  14 hours in a cab today.  After paying my flat and gas, I treated myself
to a gas station sandwich on the way home.  Broke even for the night.
 Only I could choose to start a job in the slowest possibile
time.
