Yes, I've seen one of these. It's a .CMD file. Adding a scripting language would not change much. Especially since they now have a 384 byte self-downloading executable to bootstrap things. 90+ % of everything that gets in now is via a browser exploit or social engineering. They don't need scripting languages to get in. On the other hand, including a scripting language would lead to a hue and cry of "why isn't support for XXX scripting in every app and the browser?".
