  This is not real abnormal temperature, it is abnormal for the
condition of our energy lines today. During these frosts energy
means life. Thick walls and double windows can't save from cold
on it's own.

  And these  are  really  bad  times  for homeless -- 7 dead in
Moscow because of frosts. :/.
