Believe me when I say I know the difference between smoking and not smoking.
Having gone through the cycle twice now. I can intelectulise the whole thing
but it doesn't always help when I want a smoke.... Many is the time I would
have lighted up one if I'd of had one....
But, I don't have one and won't get off my glutius maximus to go get one...
With the help of the steps and others like me, I hope to have the cravings
