I was accessing it from within the network on the same box the ftp server
was running off of, so pasv shouldn't matter.  I just used IE 6 to your
server and it worked just fine with the same settings I was using to connect
to mine.  I was previously running the irex ftp server, but have disabled
that.  Eleservs monitoring window shows valid ftp connections.  I can't
imagine why I can't connect to mine, especially even locally.

FTP server no settings needed... It's more likely how your connecting to
the FTP try enabling/disabling passive mode...
also try a login to my FTP and see if you have the same problem...
