I hear that a lot but when you stop and think about it the market place
dictates the price - supply and demand and cost of construction. Nobody
can control the market. When there was a recession from 1997-1999 when
gold prices dropped and the first diamond mine was yet to open we were
accused of driving prices down to make it easier to sell.
