I grew up in farm country and I can assure you Agriculture Canada does not routinely inspect farms. A division of it called the Canadian Food Inspection Agency inspects slaughter houses and food processing plants. The key word there is "routinely". Of course, during the Mad Cow crisis lots of farms and herds got inspected by the CFIA. Cheers, Jim ...
