Well, the only thing in that manual that 'appears' to have the influence of 
Sternback & Okuda is the actual specs of the "E". The rest I pretty much 
ignore, because of the oddity of it. Such as the Ensign j.g. I laughed so 
hard my coffee sprayed out of my nose when I came to that part in the book.
At least I hope he used S & O's work as he listed them as sources in the 
acknowlegements.
