   Is that a requisite? Why I ask is because of the RC17 vote that was posted
minutes after the poll station opened. No way he could have gotten the blessing
from R17 in such a short time.

   Alas, R20 is on it's way after a fortnight of deliberation, and it doesn't
look good, sorry to say. Black Hole Bob has done it again going about to
deliberately destroying the cooperation of the remaining fidonet sysops...

   Still a couple of days to go, but it doesn't look good so far. :(
