subject: Graphics functions

DH> Even with a textbook and online help I cannot find any

Graphics are not part of the standard, since the ANSI C
functions must be available to a large number of platforms.
Some of these don't even have CRT's, such as a remote
control or a PLC for automated manufacturing processes.
Your compiler should include a , in which you
will find the function prototypes for all of your graphics
functions. Try opening the GRAPHICS.H file, or, better yet,
a copy of it, in your IDE, and then click on help for each
   of the functions prototyped therein.
Anything that is NOT included in the standard is most likely
compiler and platform specific, so you should include the
info on what compiler and environment you are using when
making enquiries as to things not covered in ANSI functions.
You will probably have routines for your standard EGA and
VGA modes, except mode 13h. I have some VESA, 13h, and ModeX
routines if you want them for your work.
They aren't fancy, but they are pretty easy to follow.
There are basic line and circle algorithms in SNIPPETS, which
you may want to look at, also. They are included in most of
   my example code, also.
