Matthew, you seem to want  to limit the discussion to concern only
people who " are participating in this thread".  You may do so if you
wish.  Though you do seem to frequently refer to people who lived in
the first 4 centuries AD.  And they are not  participating in this
thread.

I do not choose to pretend to limit my discussion to  speak only of you
or only speak of people who  "are participating in this thread".  If I
fail to make reference to  the prima donna in my comments, he should
not be offended and call my comments red herrings.
