I have to disagree with you here, as it really *doesn't* have "full"
support for non-standard ports. you have to do it for com1-com4 by
poking the correct address into memory. full support in my mind would
be com1-com8, and allowing you to pass base address on open com line as
a parameter (like open "com6:38400,n,8,1,ba=&h200") that would specify
base address for com5-com8, or override defaults for com1-com4. when
they do that it truly will be full support. eric
