Large part of the problem is, that Outlook's usability is pretty good so
it's very widely adopted by people who don't know what they are doing (in a
technical sense), and they simply store everything and the kitchen sink in
their outlook. I mean *everything*. So the storage file keeps growing and
growing and growing...
