Hi, I have two certificates in Unix. 
Your user adding program is called different things in different unixs,
in sco use "sysadm" for the adminisrators program.
in a shareware/freeware unix try "adduser "yourname". 
sun unix is sorta like bsd type commands, which I don't know much of.
