Then log the situation and refuse to export the message so that the user
knows he owns a bad mailreader. Better let not these messages go out because
they might not reach all nodes and are useless anyway.
That IS a responsibility for the tosser, make sure the messages are allright
before forwarding. Incomplete messages >/dev/null
