No, there isn't. The best method is to replace any executables that you have 
backups of, delete the rest if you don't want them, and keep a very close eye 
on things for a while. Reformatting the hard disk serves no useful purpose 
whatsoever.
But, as you're so keen - why do you want to reformat?
