I have just gotten off the phone with the tech support folks here in the
UK. There is an incredible lack of awareness regarding the upgrade
procedure. Don't you people talk to each other???
The latest word is that there is no word until the end of the month at
which time there may be word (or not as the case may be). There is
obviously no great concern.
Sure a far cry from the support USR provides
