comp.lang.clipper strays a bit, but not too much, given the large
participation it has. I don't monitor other newsgroups, so I'm can't
comment on that. But I do know that when the self-appointed cyber cops
start trashing people, they get it pointed out that it is an
unmoderated newsgroup.
