James:
      Setting the arguments in the command$ while in the IDE under OS/2
      has never worked in any of the PB versions. Once compiled and ran
      from the command line you should have no problem with your program.
      Use another string for the arguments you expect to receive from the
      command line while in the IDE.
      A$ = "-w -e -i -r -d -h -u -h"
