I cut your message down a bit, and my suggestion is posted only because you 
are running MAX and your last line.......
Earlier this year several folks running Wildcat v5 were trying to get Binkley 
to hand off to WC. Somebody wrote a little program referred to as a "SHIM" to 
assist in that process. The file was posted on Bob Juges system. I do not 
remember the correct file name. But this should be enough info for you to 
track it down and give it a try.
