 AP> appologize. I know Rand is in ST6.  I didn't notice any of the other
 AP> ones in any other movie.  They should have mentioned their names to

     Well both Rand and Chapel were mentioned by name in TMP as was Kyle 
in TWOK, he was the communications officer aboard the USS Reliant.  Rand 
in TSFS was in the Spacedock lounge when she saw the damaged Enterprise 
come in, and in TVH she was at Starfleet Headquarters working 
communications.
